Printing Issue | Epson TM-T20iii

Hi All,

Newcomer here and hope to have a fix on my problem.

I'm using an TM-T20iii on ethernet as kitchen printer, the past days I'm having a problem where it stops midway when printing.
No changes were done to the POS or the printer settings.

Printer is set on Epson Virtual Port Assignment Tool to work on COM3 with IP : 192.168.1.101

I'm able to print the test page from the Virtual Port tool.

But as soon that i print a kitchen order it prints

KITCHEN (1) ORDERS

Stops midway and orange light on the printer start flashing

From the Epson manual it is giving me this..

not familiar with these.
I've also added a new printer to it with a new ip address same error occurs
