Printing issues - any advice please for self fix?

HI

I have a Samsung Laser printer CLX 3175FN out of warranty is printing with lines and also some ghosting - see attached image
Its quite old so not keen to spend much on it, but Is there anything I can do please to try and clean up the prints? (Eg clean rollers would that help?)
