Printing Issues Brother 2280DW

My brother laser printer all of the sudden started leaving toner on pages; the problem is not bad when printing single sided, but once I print duplex it is terrible ....

I have tried two different toners; same issue ... I am wondering if it is the Drum

Here are what the pages look like when I run the Drum cleaning operation ... I've run it 10 times ... still terrible
