Printing Logs?

Hello,

Is it possible to see logs on a c5030 iR-ADV?

On the web interface: (ip:8000) under Status Monitor/Cancel>Copy/Print>Job Log I can see the information I need but it only goes back 5 days.

All I need is date/time, department ID, number of sheets and if possible (above example doesn't give this) b&w or colour.

We bill users based on there monthly totals but when questioned we have no data to back up this total...

I'm not sure if standard or not but the printer has a fiery box on it too.
