Printing on 8.25" x 9" paper on Epson WF-4830

I've set up Cassette 1 for this special user-defined paper size and have configured a Word document for that size.

Having checked and adjusted all related settings in Word and on the printer that I can think of, I keep getting this error message.

What Print Settings are they talking about?

It sounds like the issue might be with the printer settings or how the custom paper size is configured. First, make sure the paper size in both your Word document and the printer settings (under Printer Properties or Preferences) is set to 8.25" x 9". Also, check that Cassette 1 on your Epson WF-4830 is correctly loaded with that paper size. Sometimes, printers don’t automatically detect custom sizes unless you configure it manually both in the software and the printer itself.
