Printing to a scale ex: 75% etc.

I print documents and drawings from PDF's from other people, and I am unsure how to get my Brother MFC-J6720DW to print to a scale, say like 75% of the actual printed PDF. For some reason this option is not being prompted when I go to print from the Brother printer or the other printers I usually print to. I believe this is a Brother printer problem, as the only thing that has changed since being able to print to a scale has been the replacement of the previous Brother printer to this one. The previous Brother printer always prompted the scale selector when I would go through the print options. Can anyone help step me through this? I asked online, and their suggestions did not help.
