Printing wrong size.

My Epson 1430 is printing the wrong size picture, no matter what setting I use.

What application do you use to print photos.
Click your photo
Photo Opens in Windows Photo Viewer Win 7 -> 9 (Similar Photo Application Windows 10)
Click Print at top of page
Next select Printer (Epson 1430) -> Paper Size (i.e. 4X6) -> Quality (Best) -> Paper Type (Probably Glossy)
Select "Full Page Photo" on right side of page
Check the box "Fit Picture To Frame" at bottom of page
Click "Print" button at bottom of page
