prints many extra pages

Hi all

Our firm has a Xerox 5655 machine when the users print to the printer/copy it prints a lot of extra pages .

Hi Davy,

I believe you will have to be a bit more specific. Anwser this questions could help:
- Which OS, application and driver (PCL or PS) are you printing from?
- What comes out on those extra pages?
- Does that happens if you print a normal test page?

to give you a clue, this could be happening due to many reasons. But if your printing using the Xerox printer drivers then you could be facing a translation issue. Could be that you are using a PS driver and your device is not have PS emulator.
