Problem printing color documents - HP Envy 5540

My HP envy 5540 will not print documents in color if I submit them from my desktop. If I submit them from my iphone, the print fine.
Any suggestions?

Try to reinstall the software and drivers from your end if you face issues still let me know I can give you other suggestions .
