Problem Printing Freepost Envelopes

Hello I am hoping soemone can help. I work for a small business and we have recently applied for the Royal Mail Response Services for a Freepost address. I have the artwork from the Royal Mail and am attempting to print the envelopes - these have a standarised address and then an indicia for 1st or 2nd class in the top right corner. I have the template for the envelope in PDF format, but am having real problems getting it to print correctly. If I select 'none' for paper scaling, it prints off the side of the paper. If I use 'fit to prinatable area' or 'shrink to prinatable area' things are in the correct position, but a border prints out on the envelope which I dont want - please help! Thanks Tab
