Problem printing from Epson Stylus 1500W

I have been using this printer alongside an Epson XP-305 for about a year.

I recently had a new computer and connected both printers and the XP-305 shows the screens etc just as it used to. However, the 1500w does not. IT has a very basic print properties screen and does not have an A3 paper option ,or different types of paper. Printing photographs in A4 and A3 is the reason for having this printer for me.

I have tried to go to the Epson website (Eu) to download the latest driver and the site is useless for this either showing a screen with no information or timing out whilst trying to get to the correct driver.

This is driving me mad!

Does anyone have suggestions how to get solve this propblem

You dont indicate operating system
Get correct driver here, but be sure you have correct operating system in small window on right side of page.

All drivers available Windows 7 thru 10 and Mac.

Before installing new driver you must uninstall any previous attempts to install. Follow this:
Control Panel -> Devices & Printers -> Right click any Epson 1500 Icons -> select Delete Device
You must do that for any other 1500 icons showing

Now reinstall new driver

Thanks for the info. I am using Windows 10.

I have deleted the printer and then gone to the first of your links and it is saying that it is unable to reach that page. The same message I received before. Line speed is currently 35.4Mb/s.

This is what led to the frustration before.

Using the EZ method, windows does not list my printer.
I have plugged the printer USB to another port at the back of the computer and it has said it has installed it. However, when I try to print, I have the same problem of limited size of paper and quality of paper.

The driver listed in Printer properties is Epson ESC/P-R V4 Class Driver and it lists the printer as 1500 not 1500W. Not sure if this makes a difference.
