Problem Printing From PDF's Made on Canon

My printer is a Canon Pixma MP190 and is not printing properly from PDF's which have been made on MP Navigator EX, it prints everything perfectly except for the PDF's I have created. The quality of printing from the PDF's is poor with pale lines, missing data etc.
The ink levels are satisfactory, the paper is OK, we have cleaned the printer and had multiple attempts with no results. I have printed from PDF's on the internet and the printing is perfect.

May I have your suggestions as to the problem

Hi Mel,

you could try open the PDF and when you select File > Print, on the bottom you should have an opt "Advanced" and the select Print as Image. This could help you...
