problem selecting paper.

Hi everybody this is my first post on the forum so I hope that I have done it all properly.

I have a SX125 normally prints with no issues whatsoever but today its thrown a wobbly.

It picks up the A4 Photo paper that is inserted advances it into the printer then track it a couple of times (I assume to position leading edge). It then goes on to start printing but although the carriage is going like crazy the paper is not advancing through the printer.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

It,s ok I've solved the problem. I misread the pack the paper came in. I picked up 280g/m2 rather than 200g/m2. Therefore the paper is too heavy for the printer. Got a pack of 200g/m2 and all is well again.
