problem with HP Deskjet F375

A few days ago, when I turned on the printer started to light flashes and can not print anything,

This says:
Print Cartridge (s) Problem
The following print cartridge has a problem:
$ $ CartridgeName1
Tri-color

I bought a new cartridge, but the same problem
Can someone help? It is a HP Deskjet F375

Hy.
Maybe the contacts dirty in the printer.Turn off,and with some alcohol (90%) clean up the contacts,when they dry completley,turn on the printer,insert cartridges.If the problem persist, the head is defective in youre printer.

I personally think that there is some power problem, try to hire some services to do this for you.
