Problems with Epson WF-5690

I have a WF-5690 at my Office and use only original cartridges.

My printer has severe problems with the print image for a week now. I have done cleaning Programm print heads (already a few times), adjusting the print head (all in the menu item maintenance). However, the image is less than better!
So you can see what I mean here is a scanned printout.

Appears to be paper transport problem.
Be sure paper is standard printer paper. See printer specifications for appropriate paper thickness.
Clean rubber paper transport rollers. Do not use alcohol to clean. Hardens rubber.
Be sure rubber rollers rotate freely.
Clear any possible obstruction in paper transport path.
Let us know what you find.
