pt-p710bt can't install drivers

My PT-P710BT worked for a while, then somehow the drivers for the labelmaker got lost. I have called support several times to no avail. Nice printer, but useless without drivers. Anyone else having a similar problem. Win 11. No problems with other drivers currently and have never had a problem in the past. No viruses or machine problems.
