MFC9340cdw Problem is a streak, not of toner, but an indented or embossed streak (depends which side of the paper you look at.) I have cleaned it following the instructions, updated the firmware, but still there. It is as though something inside the machine is sticking out, causing this strip to be pressed into the paper. Saw some bits of orange stuff t back of machine What is that orange roller you can see when you open the back?
