Re set Epson XP-635

When you first install an Epson printer. Don't accept any updates or ongoing monitoring, this will enable you to use non genuine inks.
If you do this, do your research into buying compatibles. When you install your ink cartridges for the first time install them with the black ink cartridge last, this is a reset, you may have to do this a few times, by turning off the printer and removing all the ink cartridges and putting them back in with the black last.
This has worked for me in the past on my printers. Your choice is to use originals or non-genuines. Epson just try to make it difficult. It's like saying I have to use Kenco coffee in my Kenco coffee machine, it just doesn't happen, i do it too my tastes or I get a new one.
