Recomended bulk ink sources for Canon PGI-5 CLI-8 carts in the States

I did find some 'sources', but couldn't find anything that were actual recommendations. I surely don't want the 'cheapest', nor do I want the 'best'. Just something above average.
I mostly print off web pages & documents with some color graphics etc. Any larger jobs of text only I use my laser printer.

This is for Canon's PGI5 & CLI8 carts for a ip4300

I did find these that sell the ink, but that doesn't solve my problem.

I run a business in the UK so these guys are friendly competitors but I'd recommend InkOwl personally. Good support and the product is solid.. Hard not to be with the PGI-5, CLI-8's.

I will add Precision Colors.
They are based in North York Ontario, but their US customer orders are shipped from Niagara Falls NY which makes it perfect for me.
