Red dots along side of paper

I have a Canon MF632C/634C. I can’t seem to find an answer to this question, but I’ve had this issue for about a year where when something is printed, small, red, intermittent dots line up on the edge of the paper. It’s on the right side, and running the cleaning maintenance options don’t seem to help.

I think it might be due to dust or low ink, or try adjusting the printer settings
