Hi, I have the ET 2803 and just bought the refill bottles 522 but to my surprise, the ink doesn't go through so the tanks stay empty. I've called several times to Epson Support and every time I received their responds that I have to clean the Nozzle head, Power cleaning etc etc etc but that doesn't answer my question why the printer doesn't take the ink. It's the real Epson Ink so it's not an unknown brand. The bottles that came with the printer had a different spout than the one I have now. (pictures) . Could that be the answer but than again, I can't find the same bottles with that spout.
Can somebody tell me what's wrong or if there is a way to fill these tanks?? I'm kinda desperate. Thanks
