We used to have official support from RICOH so we had the @Remote device installed in our network, but now we have support from a Third-Party supplier and the @Remote isn't being used anymore. We removed it from the network and now all our printers are alarming with the message "RC Gate Connection Error".
We would like to know how to disable this alarm or how to uninstall the @Remote plugin from our printers.
Printer models: Aficio SP 5210SF and Aficio SP 5200DN.
