Removed @Remote from network, all RICOH printers showing connection errors

We used to have official support from RICOH so we had the @Remote device installed in our network, but now we have support from a Third-Party supplier and the @Remote isn't being used anymore. We removed it from the network and now all our printers are alarming with the message "RC Gate Connection Error".

We would like to know how to disable this alarm or how to uninstall the @Remote plugin from our printers.

Printer models: Aficio SP 5210SF and Aficio SP 5200DN.

Solved on Aficio SP 5210SF by doing the following (for future reference):

Go to the system "secret" menu:
- Press Clear Modes + 1 + 0 + 7 + HOLD Clear/Stop for 5 seconds
- Enter System SP
- Type 5816209 on the keypad (Remote Service - Instl Clear)
- Press EXECUTE
- Restart the printer

Will update this post when I find out how to fix Aficio SP 5200DN model (no touch screen).

For Aficio SP 5200DN model:

To enter the Secret Menu:
- Press and hold UP+DOWN for 5 seconds
- Release UP+DOWN and press OK
- Select "Engine"
- Press 5 and OK
- Press 816 and OK
- Press 209 and OK
- Press EXECUTE
- Restart printer
