remve adf APRON et-4750

[Frustrated joe]

I'm getting black lines when I scan. I see the problem it is on the top of the cover, a white piece of plastic, behind the clear piece, has lines. There are 3 screws holding in the clear piece, but it does not release easily. How to I replace the white piece.
