Reset Canon Pixma MP160

I try to reset printer ink cartridge after refill but it still show empty blinking led.
First, I disconnect power and plugin power cord while pressing on/off button. Then, press Stop/Reset. Next, release on/off button. I think I'm in low level mode.
Next Phase, I use MP Tool 0.9.6 and press Reset Black Ink. Then, I saw it say "Black: 100%". Next step, I disconnect power cord and turn it back on but it still say ink is empty. Did I do something wrong?
