Ricoh Aficio MP W2401 (scanning problems)

Hello , I have Ricoh Aficio MP W2401 and multiple address books some of them work some don't ( on some i can scan and send files on shared network folders , on some i can't , the connection is succesful (the printer can connect to all shared folder ) but i get this error "transmission has failed. to check the current status press scanned files status".
