Ricoh C2800 - Scan to email not working

Hi there,

I have a Ricoh C2800 with static I.Ps ( not using LDAP - off the domain ) that I am trying to setup for Scan to email.

I have set an administrator reply email, smtp settings are correct - but emails do not go through to any address. It does not provide any error - they do just not come through to any email.


Is there something I am missing?
