RICOH: C431dn and Windows 10 ERROR

I have had my C431dn for 7 years. Has worked flawlessly on Windows 7 and XP. Just upgraded to Windows 10 and none of the drivers will work correctly. System is detected, install the drivers and test page won't go. Just get notification that ERROR.

Any tricks?
