RICOH IM C5500 drivers Ventura Word

Hello, I updated my mac with MAC OS VENTURA and WORD. Since then, I can no longer print in duplex mode from my RICOH IM C 5500. I have the impression that the driver does not retain any of my printing wishes. I saw that RICOH had not updated its drivers for many months. Thank you for your help.

Basically, this type of issue occurs when your printer driver does not work properly. Or your printer driver is not updated.

Indeed, but RICOH has not updated the software since 2021. I will have to come back to Monterey. Thanks
