I'm having a nightmare trying to get this printer to print, it will copy and print but not from my PC. I installed the latest drivers and says its working properly but I get the message when I try and print that its offline. The box is unticked, its not connected by wireless or cable so why can it be offline. Need help as I've tried everything (as far as I know)
