Ricoh SP 220Nw wifi direct problem

Hi ..I bought this printer with the intention of connecting my samsung smart device to wifi direct and printing .however when I try to connect to the printer it asks for a password on my device which is nowhere in any literature. In fact the literature on connecting to a smart device is non existent ..it just points you to a lot of FAQ's which seem to have no answers.does anyone know what this password is..it is 8 characters minimum. A blank password does not work. Admin does not work to short 12345678. 00000000 also no.. any ideas would be gratefully recieved

Do you use router network?
If so, your router has SSID (or address)
Your router also has passphrase (password) for access.
You must setup your printer on this network.

Your Cell Fone (Samsung Smart Device) must also be setup to access this router network
