Ricoh SP C250 DN, where are the levers in the rear???

Instructions say: Before printing on paper other than envelopes, make sure to pull up the levers on the machine rear, inside the rear cover. Where are these levers? I don't see them and no pictures in the manual.

Well it appears these levers are not in the rear at all, but right up front behind the front cover. Guess someone doesn't know the front from their rear.

I think this is an error in the doc... the levers are inside the FRONT cover, they are small and blue.
