Recently i updated controller firmware via smart organising monitor (Ricoh SP100) as my printer was not detecting cartridge. i successfully updated the controller firmware. all was good. When i updated printer controller it took too much of time. so i disconnected the printer. Due to this now printer is not doing anything. just powers on and sits nothing happens. smart organising monitor also stops working while opening. Any solution for flashing the CPU with on board serial port. any software or file .
