Any help is much appreciated. Last time I used was couple of weeks before was working perfectly fine and now when I turned on to take some print it stuck at initializing. Does any owner of Ricoh SP210SU printer face same issue?. I tried googling fixya has same question but no solution.

turn machine off unplug all connections
power and network cables
give it a while and plug power back in and turn on
if error doesnt clear
try loading firmware (it could be corrupt)

@vinny, thanks for your response, I tried all that its not working. I tried to update firmware but the printer is not getting detected in windows (changed the cable as well but still its not getting detected). I am not sure it will get detected only after initialization is complete but it never gets completed.
could be a board problem then
only other thing is start it up with a cover open
then see if windows can see it
put the ip address of printer in your browser
you should see printer
if not i think there is a problem with board on printer
login is admin (user) no password
