We have two Ricoh printers which I need to set up virtual printers on. When I log into the web image monitor as administrator I can see all the settings on the virtual printer on Printer A, but when I try the same thing in Printer B, I only see a few settings. Is there an additional setting I need to enable in order to access the virtual printer system settings?
