My Print window lacks the inverted triangle to get to the sub-menu and I am unable to
access the grayscale box. My Mac expert thinks it may be a Samsung problem. Have
downloaded and installed printer driver again. Problem persists. Have emailed
Samsung support which may not connect as their reference list of color laser printer
does not include C1810W. I am beginning to think the product only works with Windows.
Update: My Mac/Apple guru looked into the problem. There is a process with the Macs that is initiated by clicking on the Printer icon in System Preferences and using the resulting panel with the Control key to bring up a menu that lets you Reset the printer system. Added back the printer and it now gives me very nice color output.
