I have had repeated problems keeping this printer connected. I don't use the wireless. Intermittently, I am unable to print either as network printer or using google cloud print. I need to use cloud print so that my wife can print in color, which she is unable to do from her Chromebook without using cloud print. Right now, neither local network printing or cloud print is available. I installed a new router recently, but afterwards, the printer was working via cloud print or local network. Today, I am unable to print. Power cycle does not help. I can ping the printer and it responds. I can log on the the web panel, and print a test page, and that works. However, I cannot print a test page from my network PC.
