Samsung CLX-3305W/SAU firmware update

Hi.

I am attempting to update my printers firmware due to the recent IOS 8 incompatibility issues. I have downloaded the correct firmware from here.

I've followed the instructions given in the release notes but when I run the update patch the printer doesn't seem to be detected, this is both through USB and WiFi. I have also tried uploading the firmware through SyncThru but it turns out you need a .hd file to do it this way and I can't seem to find them anywhere.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated

same problem, I tryed for months and Im still with a printer unuseful.

Anyone solved the problem?
