Has anyone encountered a problem where a less than two years old Samsung laser printer, connected by USB, goes completely unresponsive? In detail, the power light is still on, but you can do absolutely nothing except take the power chord out and put it back in. Then it starts working normally again. So, any kind of button pressing will do nothing, restarting computer or doing anything from the computer will do nothing. It's a complete crash.
I'm wondering if this is a typical problem or am I the only one experiencing this? One culprit may be a long USB cable; however my previous Brother printer never crashed like this with the same cable.
