I have had no problems with this printer for years. When I recently attempted to print a document, the paper started to feed and stopped. I got the red flashing light error.
After following the manual instructions for cleaning, I reassembled the printer and now both LED's are flashing very fast. The toner is fine, and I have done a power cycle also. Samsung support didn't have a solution either.
What baffles me is that I did not remove any of the inner parts but instead just cleaned as instructed. Needless to say shipping my printer to repair and paying for the repair doesn't make sense especially since I only paid $50 for the printer! Any help would be appreciated. I don't use the printer very often so I'm not going to lose sleep over it. Thanks
