Hello I just hooked up my old Samsung printer to my new HP desktop. It will print, but Samsung Easy Printer Manager reads "there is no printer installed or supported" and more recently "Printer status is not available. Please check power or cable connection." Maybe I downloaded the wrong software/driver and need to uninstall? Thanks for any help on how to proceed.
