Samsung ML3710 Power on issue??

I have a Samsung Printer on a network with two other Lexmark printers all connected to the same switch box. This morning the Samsung printer from all 3 computers that connect to it could not print from this printer. I checked all 3 PCs and all are saying the printer is off line. Both the other 2 printers Lexmark are working fine. I ran the printer troubleshoot in Windows 10 and it said the printer needs to turned on! The printer is certainly on and I can run a test print direct from the printer. I have un installed the driver and re-installed (Window had no problem finding it) but still showing off line and when I troubleshoot it, it just says need to turn the power on! I have swapped the power leads. and LAN cable, switched to another Network access point and to still no avail!

Anyone any ideas??
