Samsung printer wont scan to pc

Hello,
I have a client who has a Samsung X3280NR printer who cannot setup scan to pc in the printer GUI.
  • Customer does not have a server as they are using office 365.
  • All PC (x4) connected using WORKGROUP
  • When testing connection the test shows fail.
  • Never really worked with Samsung printers before but even the person installing the printer cannot get it to connect.
  • Network shares and printing checked and correct.
  • Test fails.
  • username and password set to login on pc checked and correct.
  • Domain set to WORKGROUP.. not sure if this is correct but this must be populated.
Any advise on this would be highly appreciated. Possibly just some information that we are adding incorrectly
