I have a client who has a Samsung X3280NR printer who cannot setup scan to pc in the printer GUI.

I have a client who has a Samsung X3280NR printer who cannot setup scan to pc in the printer GUI.
- Customer does not have a server as they are using office 365.
- All PC (x4) connected using WORKGROUP
- When testing connection the test shows fail.
- Never really worked with Samsung printers before but even the person installing the printer cannot get it to connect.
- Network shares and printing checked and correct.
- Test fails.
- username and password set to login on pc checked and correct.
- Domain set to WORKGROUP.. not sure if this is correct but this must be populated.
