SC P400 just rolling paper through, look video: Video there

Not 100% on the cause of this but could be that the paper sensor under the printhead is soiled and is not detecting the paper so it's erroring out and ejecting the paper.

Try looking up a service manual for the SC-P400 or one of the earlier siblings of the same basic design (R2000, R1900) to see if you can determine how best to clean that sensor.
