Scan from printer to Computer Epson L5296/ET-4800

Hello everyone,

I just bought an Epson L5296/ET-4800 and I have one very frustrating problem: my computer is not showing up in the scanning menu when I try to scan directly from the printer to Computer. I can scan from my computer using Epson Scan 2, or Epson Smart Scan but I really need to scan directly from the printer. I updated the firmware, reinstalled all the Epson softwares, even did a factory reset on the printer.
Any ideas?

Installed Adobe Acrobat and you can use scanner or configured network settings.
