Scan to email not working

what could explain -
Once I complete the procedure; it does indeed show up in the sent logs (on printer)
It does show as 'completed'

Yes nothing appears in the Outlook basket.
No error message nothing.

I've searched for a setting
1- on the printer itself
2- In the configuration page (ip adresse on the web)
3- PaperCut \ Printer console.


If anyone has any leeds ..
