Set paper size- Canon i9900

I have a canon i9900 photo printer and w7. How do I set or what do I set in order to print my pictures to a certain size ie 5x10 etc. The default for printers is 8.5x11 but I buy frames in places like sears and target and you must fit your picture to their frame sizes.

You usually set the size in whatever application you are printing from.
