Sharp AR-M355N

I just recently purchased a Sharp AR-M355N and I have connected to my network but I can't seem to use the scanner, I have downloaded a copy of Sharp desk 3.3 but it's asking for a serial number and I can't seem to find it anywhere in the folder is that something I can find or do I need to buy a license to get a serial number.
