Sharp MX-C300W "Clear Paper Path"

We have a printer at our office that on bootup says "Clear Paper Path". I have blown it out with air in the area where the exit sensors are ( I can not get to them though ) and it still happens. It happens on boot up before I can get to any menu. No paper I can see is jammed any where. I was told this happened after they moved the printer. Any ideas what it could be?
