[SOLVED] Black cartridge missing

I am installing a new black cartridge, which I have done many times and I keep getting a message that says "Black cartridge missing", "Printhead damage may occur". I have tried multiple times to install it. I have restarted the computer and printer to no avail. It is a Lexmark Pinnacle Pro 901
