Greetings,
The used Epson WF 610 printer I recently bought for my daughter has been printing black text perfectly, but it won’t print red or yellow, even though those cartridges have ink in them. I tried using the printer’s head cleaning function to fix the problem, but that didn’t work. So I’m planning to push isopropyl alcohol through the nozzles to see if that will loosen up any dried ink that may be in them.
The thing that puzzles me is that the ink levels in those cartridges went down when my daughter was only printing black text. So, I’m wondering how that could happen if the nozzles are clogged?
